• 1893 - The company Gastaldi Terenzio & C. is established, with a few hand looms, distributed to the weavers in "Brianza".
  - New FACTORY MANUFACTURING TEXTILES AND TABLE LINENS for hotels, restaurants and establishments.
  - Financial Crisis of the End of the Century
• 1900 - THE FIRST YEAR OF HOPE.
  - The machineries are brought together in a 1000 m2 single shed.
  - Expansion of tourism: our first trips to Argentina, Uruguay, Brazil.
  - Years of birth for large Italian companies: Fiat e Olivetti.
  - WORLD WAR I
• 1920 - The new weaving area is built, the bleaching and dyeing areas are opened.
• 1929 - "HARD WORK-ING. COMPANY ESTABLISHED"
  - THE YEAR OF THE GREAT CRISIS.
  - First symbols of modernity: After the great depression, America changed its tune: the jukebox was born! An Italian story is born that gives us strength: Bialetti.
• 1939 - The company meanwhile continued to work on its exports, notably pushing for the markets of Northern Africa (Egypt).
• 1945 - History continues to weave its thread reaching the WORLD WAR II
• 1947 - The thread twisting area is created and the name of the company changes into "Industria Tessile Gastaldi & S.p.A."
• 1954 - 1964
  - ECONOMIC MIRACLE
  - Modern Factory and "Prime textile manufacture".
  - In the weaving shed are installed the first automatic power looms with associated jacquard equipment's.
• 1970 - 1975
  - A part of the old looms is substituted by new projectile weaving machines with high widths located in sheds under conditions of controlled temperature and humidity.
  - Some of jigger and rameuse machines are replaced in the bleaching-dyeing section.
• 1983 - 1995
  - The First electronic looms are introduced and new warping area is opened. A continuous bleaching line and a mercerising line and installed.
  - In 1990 the first electronic looms with electronic jacquard machines are introduced for realizing all over designs. A design area with CAD is built, in order to realize computer designs.
• 1998 - IN 1998 THE PRESTIGIOUS TRADEMARK FILI D'ORO BY GASTALDI WAS BORN. This line has made the Gastaldi products more and more appreciated throughout the world, as mentioned above "especially for the craftsman touch typical of Made in Italy that is so appreciated and internationally".
• 2002 - The introduction of the first electronic air-jet loom modifies the old textile method.
• 2003 - NEW REVOLUTIONARY TEXTILE SYSTEM.
  - The world's first "Unival" jacquard machine, without being connected with the loom.
  - NEW JAM DYEING 18.000 M2
• NOW - GASTALDI LOOKS AT THE FUTURE WITH "AUDACIA ET CONSTANTIA"
  - Fifth generation of Gastaldi family. A long journey in the world of textiles, which commenced with hand looms and, after a phase of mechanised weaving, finished with the electronic looms of the presents times.
  - After the initial difficulties, the development of the company was "fast" and "uninterrupted".
  - We are present on national and international markets with agile and flexible business structure, which focused on punctual delivery and attention to client.

  - Strengthening our position on the market of textile sanitization in Italy and Europe. - Growing in the foreign markets where our Made in Italy is still valued.
