  • Before using in a microwave oven, check the usage precautions and instruction manual specific to that microwave oven.
  • Never use products decorated with gold, platinum, etc. in a microwave oven. It may cause sparks, the decorative parts may come off, or heated areas may become burned. It may also result in a malfunction of the microwave oven.
  • The product cannot be used with direct flame or an IH cooking heater.
  • When stacking or transporting products, take care not to drop them on your feet.
  • Please note that the base of the product may damage table surfaces.
  • Do not use the product for any purpose other than its intended one (tableware, interior item or washbowl item).
  • Unglazed areas may become damaged if in contact for a prolonged period of time with highly acidic foods such as vinegar and pickled plums, and acidic detergents and chemicals.
  • If knives, forks, spoons, etc. are used with the product for a long period of time or frequently, the surface may become darkened by the adhesion of metal components. Please refrain from using titanium products in particular, as their metal components easily adhere and form metal marks. In addition, if you cut strongly on the product surface with a knife, the surface will become scratched and the marks cannot be removed.
  • [Cleaning and maintenance]

  • Carefully check the warning labels and instruction manual before using in a household dishwasher or dryer.
  • Do not place the product in boiling water or warm the product using a water bath at high temperature (60°C or higher). Remove food stains etc. as soon as possible after use. If left for some time, they will become difficult to remove.
  • Wash with a neutral detergent applied to a soft sponge or cloth. Do not use cleansers, scourers, abrasive sponges, etc., as they may scratch the surface or remove painted parts.
  • For stubborn stains such as tea stains, use a commercially available oxygen-based kitchen bleach. Be sure to use the bleach correctly according to its instruction manual.
  • You can also use baking soda with a soft sponge. Please do not use bleaching agent for products decorated with gold or platinum, as discoloring may occur.
